Plaza Sentral, located in the west of KL Sentral, is the first premier office building group of 6 high rise towers to be developed in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
KL Sentral is the new RM1.1 billion mega integrated urban business and financial hub that has at its core the Kuala Lumpur Central Station usually called KL Sentral Station. It is the Kuala Lumpur prime transportation hub and it is South East Asia biggest railway station. It is opened in 2001.

Phase 1 Plaza Sentral Development:
Phase 1 was consisted of 3 office blocks, which were completed in 2001. The built up area is 785,000 sq ft (72,900m2). The gross development value is RM224 million.
Phase 2 Plaza Sentral Development:
Phase 2 was consisted of 4 office towers of varying from 18-storey to 26-storey high and were completed in 2007. The built up areas is 879,381 s. ft. (82,000 m2). The gross development value is RM325 million.

Kl Sentral MSC Cybercentre
Phase 2 is the location of the prestigious Kl Sentral MSC Cybercentre.
KL Sentral MSC Cybercentre was the first MSC Cybercentre to be awarded the prestigious Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Cybercentre status in February 2006 by the Multimedia Development Corporation, Malaysia.
