The Aloft KL Sentral will debut in 2013 in Kuala Lumpur Sentral

The Aloft KL Sentral is the new urban sensation of Kuala Lumpur Sentral with this exciting addition of a new top class hotel brand, The Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, which will be ready in early 2013.

The hotel will be located next to the NU Sentral, which is under construction currently. The new 31-storey tower hotel consists of 482 rooms, function rooms and a ballroom with 850 people capacity.

The Nu Sentral in the transit hub KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, is an integrated development that comprises of a 7-storey shopping mall, a 27-storey office tower, a service apartment and this new 31-storey hotel called The Aloft. The gross development value is RM1.4 billion.

This new exciting hotel development in KL Sentral Kuala Lumpur will bring in the famed ‘Aloft’ brand to Malaysia. Aloft is a lifestyle brand which epitomizes a unique but personalized experience that urbanites long for as they travel, be it for business or leisure.

The Aloft KL Sentral Owner and Hotel Operator

Both the hotel and office towers are developed by Excellent Bonanza Sdn Bhd. This is a 60:40 joint-venture company between Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd and Ireka Corp Bhd’s associate company, Aseana Properties Ltd.

A hotel management agreement was recently signed between the hotel owner, Iringan Flora Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Aseana Properties, and Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd.

The Aloft KL Sentral would in fact generate a dynamic and vibrant mix of urban style and interesting social interplay to the KL Sentral mega urban hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
